Meet The Groomer

Sylviana Torres has been grooming since 2018, starting in the field in high school. She was drawn to grooming because of her compassion for animals and her artistic skills. No matter what salon environment she was in, one thing stayed the same: it was the love for the connections she made with people and their pets. From being around various groomers and salons, Sylviana knew she wanted to make a change and approach grooming differently than what she had seen. She furthered her education and focused on working with and understanding anxious and fearful pets. She wanted to learn how to help these pets instead of forcing them through grooms that reinforced their stress and panic, as she had seen so many times. Sylviana is always be kind to these pets. She has the knowledge to truly understand them and guide them through any grooming struggles. Opening Kindness & Co Pet Spaw gave her the freedom to make sure every pet's experience is up to her standards. Full of Kindness and Compassion.
